Terms of Service
These terms govern all quotations, orders and sales made through partscenter.co.za or with Parts Center directly.
Quotations & Pricing
- All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
- Quotations are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise on the proforma invoice.
- Stock is subject to availability at time of payment confirmation.
Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed only once full payment has cleared into the Parts Center bank account.
- Payment is by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) against our proforma invoice.
- Ownership of the unit passes to the buyer upon receipt of cleared funds.
Fitment & Liability
Engines and gearboxes must be fitted by a qualified mechanic in line with the manufacturer's specifications and the supplied technical report. Parts Center is not liable for any consequential damages, loss of use, or workshop costs arising from incorrect installation or misuse.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Western Cape courts.
