Return Policy
Because engines and gearboxes are heavy, sealed mechanical assemblies, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and subject to inspection.
Eligibility
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- The unit must be unfitted, uninstalled and in the same sealed condition as dispatched.
- Original invoice, warranty certificate and technical report must accompany the return.
Non-Returnable
- Units that have been fitted, started, partially disassembled or modified.
- Special-order or custom-sourced imports.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original bank account within 7 business days of inspection. Return freight is at the buyer's cost unless the item was supplied incorrectly by Parts Center.
